Working Together
I am based only online via Zoom, WhatsApp Video, or telephone, and I do not offer face-to-face sessions. Many clients find online therapy just as effective, with the added benefit of comfort, flexibility, and privacy.
If you choose to work with me, I will listen, assess where you are now, and help you move toward where you want to be. A strong therapeutic connection matters, and I believe a large part of successful therapy or coaching is feeling comfortable, understood, and able to engage with the work.

Areas I Support
Support for PTSD, CPTSD, trauma, abuse, childhood trauma, domestic violence recovery, narcissistic abuse recovery, grief, and bereavement.
I work with anxiety, depression, intrusive and repetitive thoughts, OCD thoughts and behaviours, addiction, and a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties.
This includes personality disorders, DID, NPD, BPD, OCPD, attachment and family difficulties, self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-worth.
I also offer life coaching, personal development, life fulfilment, purpose-led work, and business coaching for clients ready to move toward clear goals.
My Approach
Having experienced tragedy in my own life, I became deeply interested in holistic and complementary approaches, the healing process, and the restorative power of the natural world. That journey, together with my academic background in psychology and psychotherapy, has shaped the way I work with clients.
I believe every person is a unique and valuable part of this world. With the right support and guidance, psychotherapy can help us rebuild our connection to ourselves and to others, make better life choices, and take back control of our lives.
